Special Orders
- Changes to an order must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick up date/time.
- Cakes containing fondant work must be picked up within two (2) hours of the agreed upon date/time.
- Orders not picked up after 24 hours of the pickup date/time will be discarded w/o credit/refund.
- Your order must be picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled pick up time. Otherwise it will be discarded and a refund or credit will not be provided.
Your signature will be requested at the time of pickup to confirm you received your product and it is satisfactory to you. The exact verbiage agreed to is:
My signature affirms satisfaction with the quality/quantity of the item(s) produced. I understand that I have commissioned a custom design based on my description and satisfaction is based largely on the subjective preference of the evaluator. I will contact the bakery within one day if I am at all unsatisfied. Failure to contact the bakery in a timely fashion or failure to return a significant portion of the product will forfeit my ability to receive a refund. Any cake containing fondant work must be picked up within two (2) hours of the agreed upon time to ensure accurately of the detail and design of the cake. Any changes to a cake once ordered must be made 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled pick up time.
Return Policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the freshness or quality of your baked goods, and given that baked goods are perishable by nature, you must inform us of your dissatisfaction within one day of receiving your item. Request for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Privacy Policy
We believe that your information is just that...yours. We have no right, desire or inclination of selling, distributing or otherwise violating your right to privacy of your information. We do not sell your information, pass your browsing habits, your identity or your e-mail address to third-party advertisers and marketers. No consumer information is exposed to other parties.
Cookies are used to identify a merchant and/or shopper preference. Due to the disconnected nature of individual web pages, cookies are used to carry information such as what items are in your shopping cart, your name or what type of account you have (merchant or consumer). We never collect any information from the user's computer that the user does not explicitly give to us (for instance, we only know your email address if you give it to us...we don't capture it any other way).
When credit card information is collected, it is done so through a 128-bit secure connection between your computer and our server. All credit card data is protected through an enterprise level security systme outsourced to a firm specializing in secure eCommerce transactions.
