Baked to perfection in a water bath, the NY Style comes out smooth and firm. Enjoy as is or lightly sprinkle some powdered sugar to the top.

This whole cheesecake measures 11" in diameter and is approx 3" - 3-1/2" tall, and weighs in at 8-9 pounds. Can be pre-sliced into 14 healthy sized slices if requested.
