Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake is made by first mixing chopped chocolate chips in with real Philadelphia cream cheese. Baked to perfection, then topped with rich chocolate ganache prior to being accented around the edge with light chocolate mousse and more chocolate chips.

This whole cheesecake measures 11" in diameter and is approx 3-1/2" - 4" tall, and weighs in at 8-9 pounds. Can be pre-sliced into 14 healthy sized slices if requested.
